Fear of failure

The word "failure" often strikes fear into our hearts. Just hearing it can make us wince, especially when we think about its implications in our professional and personal lives. After all, failures don't exactly land you that corner office or a shiny plaque on the wall. 

Or do they? 

While society has conditioned us to chase success relentlessly, to always have the right answers, and to celebrate our victories, this isn't necessarily the path to growth. In reality, our most profound development often comes from failing, reflecting on those missteps, and then harnessing those lessons to secure our wins.

Our childhood is essentially a masterclass in the art of trial and error. Yet, somewhere along the journey to adulthood, many of us develop a paralyzing fear of failure.
