I love the authenticity, humility and transparency in this post. You chose to make yourself vulnerable. In doing so - proceeding to do something despite fear of repercussions - you showed true courage and great strength. Inspiring stuff! Well done, and Thank you.

Since past few months I am realizing that being authentic is a way to go. It is helping me put out the things I enjoy doing, and others find it valuable. I don't have a clear monetization plan yet, but I do think if my work is valuable enough, I will figure it out.

Thanks for sharing your journey, it's motivating and inspiring. more power to you. Always loving what you put out there.

Thats some amazing self-reflection. When work gives you purpose, its rewarding just knowing that you have problems to solve, and frontiers to conquer, and in ones own way, leave a dent in the universe.

Great to hear about your journey. The traditional ladder is not for everyone and can have its costs. Inspiring how you were able to design a custom career path that leveraged your strengths.

Thanks for the post Elena.

What are your thoughts on solopreneurship for inexperienced but highly skilled individuals?

I know this is an old one but thanks for sharing. I have embarked on this path more recently, although it was less of my own choosing given I unexpectedly lost my job on mat leave, and even though advising is scary i agree the the autonomy is more liberating

Dear Elena,

Thanks for sharing your story and for motivation to set healthy priorities.

I have a very similar case, also made a decision to prioritize my health and family, but still in the middle of analyzing alternative income streams. Thanks for providing the options!
